Well its been a few days and I have seemed to have forgotten about this. But that is OK cause I am back at it. I have been working with Patten to learn some flash to start building android apps. I have figured out that since I most my adsense clicks are coming from my android apps that I unfortunately am subject to smart pricing. Pretty lame I know. Which means I really need to start putting all my ads on my other sites back up cause I figured it was their low performance that was causing the smart pricing. But that is not the case. I am riding a good average. I am averaging 3-4 dollars a day on my initial apps. However my credit card and insurance aimed ads are just not bringing in any clicks. I got one which was .79 cents. which made me happy cause I have been used to seeing 1cent clicks as well as .10 cent clicks. So far I am surviving on cheap clicks cause the more expensive ones just aren't cutting it. Ugh I need to start bringing in more a day. I initially wanted quantity over quality but after building some apps that serve the higher paying ads and not seeing results I am kind of skeptic about it all. Yeah I could just build crappy apps that bring in cents on the hour but I need to start making more progress. Maybe I am just impatient but 3-4 dollars a day is great but I need to start bringing in 3-4 hundred dollars a day. I will accept no less. I want to get out of the military. I got 2 years to figure this all out but the sooner the better.
Anyways back the learning flash. I want to build apps that I can charge for. Ones that stick out for 99 cents that you cant get for free.
I am thinking health and fitness is the way to go. My free and cheap quality app that is in a fitness niche is whats bringing me the most clicks and has the most downloads out of all of them. I just need to come up with something original.
